INTERIOR LAYOUT
DAYLIGHT
To create sufficient daylight profusion in the Ground store The existing ground floor (approximately 10 m²) was dark and was mainly used as storage. Enough daylight improves the physical and emotional quality of the house and benefits the growth of home plants.
EXTENSION
The ground storey connects with the generous street sidewalk. We re-used and moved the existing façade to the lower front of the house. The new living/kitchen increased the surface and usability of the ground floor.
KITCHEN AT THE ENTRANCE
To reassemble & reposition the existing kitchen from the first floor to the ground floor. In this way we improved the natural light and ventilation.
